Soniclean offers a 30-day return window from the date that the product was delivered. Soniclean does not offer free return shipping for any product listed on www.sonicleanusa.com. Merchandise that has been excessively worn, used, altered or show signs malicious physical damage will not be accepted for return or exchange. All products must be returned in original packaging to qualify for refund. Once returned products are received and pass inspection at Soniclean's warehouse, we will initiate your refund to your credit or debit card used to make the purchase. You can expect to receive your credit within 3-5 days of processing your refund.
Returned merchandise may be subject to a refurbishment/inspection fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
PLEASE NOTE: If you would like to return your Varro Professional Steamer (Model #: VSS-1000), Soniclean charges a 50% restocking fee for this product. We will not accept returned for steamers that have been used.

Tracking information for your order will be supplied via email when your order ships. Please note that www.sonicleanusa.com will only accept online orders with a shipping address located within the contiguous 48 United States. If you are a Soniclean customer in Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada, please contact Soniclean directly for a shipping quote. For all orders placed on www.sonicleanusa.com, it is the customer's sole responsibility to confirm that the shipping address entered for their order is correct. Soniclean assumes no responsibility for orders placed with an incorrect shipping address. If a request is received to change a shipping address after the order is shipped from our warehouse, we will contact the carrier and attempt to redirect the shipment, but we cannot guarantee a successful shipping address change and Soniclean assumes no financial responsibility if the product is not received by the customer.
Soniclean reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason, regardless of whether your order has been confirmed or your credit card has been charged. Even though we try to accept all orders, sometimes this might not be possible. If your order is declined or cancelled by us after your credit card has been charged for the purchase, we will promptly issue a refund to your credit card. Payment for the goods you order are payable by all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.
The billing address you use when placing your order must match what the respective credit card company has on file. If not, your order will not be processed due to fraud and security measures that we have in place for our credit card transaction processing.
