All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from when your order was placed. Shipping transit time is typically 3-5 business days. Soniclean ships using FedEx and/or USPS, and tracking information for your order will be supplied via email when your order ships. Please note that Soniclean only ships to the contiguous 48 United States.

Returns/Refunds

Soniclean offers a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. Soniclean does not offer free return shipping for any product listed on www.sonicleanusa.com. All products must be returned in original packaging to qualify for refund. Merchandise that has been excessively worn, used, altered or show signs malicious physical damage will not be accepted for return or exchange. Once returned products are received, we will initiate your refund to your credit or debit card used to make the purchase. You can expect to receive your credit within 3-5 days of processing your refund.
