The STV-3 Pink Sapphire is the third generation of Soniclean's cordless stick vacuums, offering premium convenience and versatility. It includes a cordless vacuum cleaner with a removable battery and an advanced dust collection base station that automatically empties the dust bin, charges the vacuum, and stores it. This special edition is created in partnership with Mohawk Industries and Susan G. Komen, with Soniclean donating $10 to the Susan G. Komen Foundation for each unit sold to support breast cancer research and awareness.
What accessories are included with the STV-3 Pink Sapphire?
The package includes a 2-in-1 dusting brush, crevice tool, mini motorized powerhead, telescopic anodized wand, 12” powerhead with headlight, and a hybrid brush roll suitable for both floors and carpets.
Is the STV-3 suitable for all floor types?
The STV-3 powerhead comes with a hybrid brush roll designed for both hard floors and low-pile carpets/rugs. For delicate hard floors only (natural stone, hardwood), we offer an optional Soft Brush Roll — Shop the Soft Brush Roll.
How do I charge the STV-3 vacuum?
First, insert the removable battery module into the vacuum body. Then, place the vacuum onto the base station or connect it directly to the charger. Full charging from 0% to 100% takes about 4 hours. The base station also charges the vacuum while storing it.
What are the suction power settings, and how do I switch between them?
The vacuum has three settings: Low (10kPa), Medium (20kPa, default), and High (35kPa). Press the suction power selection button on the vacuum to toggle through the settings. The display screen shows the current status with a green indicator for normal operation.
How does the automatic dust emptying work?
When you dock the vacuum on the base station, it automatically empties the vacuum’s dust bin into the base station's 2.5L H10 HEPA filter bag. The station also features an H13 HEPA exhaust filter to trap fine particles.
What should I do if the brush roll jams?
If the display turns red and shows "Check Brush," turn off the vacuum and remove the battery. Press the brush roll release button to remove the roll from the powerhead, clear any debris, and reinstall it.
How do I know when the filter bag is full?
The vacuum’s base station will flash a RED light when a full bag is detected, but if the bag fills with light debris, the base station may not detect a full bag despite it needing to be changed. We recommend regularly opening the filter bag compartment and checking/replacing the filter bag for optimal suction and filtration performance.
How do I clean or replace the filters?
- Vacuum Primary Filter: H13 HEPA + Foam combo – Remove and clean surface litter on the filter if needed. Do not wash the filter with water or any liquids. Replace the filter with a new one as needed (recommended every 2-3 months).
- Base Station HEPA Filter: Press the filter release on the base station, tilt and pull downward to remove. Reinstall by tilting slightly upward until it clicks. Do not wash with water or liquids and replace as needed (recommended every 2-3 months).
- Dust Bin: Press the dust bin release button to remove it from the vacuum, empty it manually if needed. To disassemble the dust bin, please refer to the STV-3 user manual. Always turn off the vacuum and remove the battery before maintenance.
What safety precautions should I follow?
This vacuum is for household use only (not commercial or industrial). Use it with North American electrical standards (120V/60Hz). Avoid using on wet surfaces, handling with wet hands, or vacuuming liquids/hot materials. Do not block vents, and keep away from children or pets during operation. Read all safety instructions in the user manual before use.
How do I replace the powerhead brush roll?
Turn off the vacuum and remove the battery. Press the brush roll release button and pull out the roll. To reinstall, reverse the process and push it back in until secure.
What is the warranty for the STV-3?
